Tenhle bavorák stojí pravidelně na tomto místě. Částečně na chodníku v místě, kde je chodník snížený, aby se dalo přejít. Mimo vyznačené parkoviště v pěší zóně. Běžně má za stěračem dva až tři lístečky od Městské Policie.
Zdá se, že si z toho jeho majitel nic nedělá. Čím to může být? To mi stále vrtá v hlavě. Buď mu nezáleží na penězích a nebo si z autorit a zákonů nic nedělá. Možná to má zkombinované. Je mi ho líto. Ale asi víc se s tím nedá dělat. Změna musí přijít od něj. Musí chtít.
Někdy ani záplava pokut nestačí na to, aby člověk změnil svoje postoje a návyky. A myslím, že se to netýká jen pokut a parkování…
